In a historic moment for Tanzania’s agricultural future, Hon President Samia Suluhu Hassan, on April 28, 2025, officially affirmed the nationwide launch of the Agricultural Growth Corridors of Tanzania (AGCOT).
During her visit to the AGCOT Centre Pavilion, President Samia engaged with youth-led agribusinesses backed by AGCOT and the Building a Better Tomorrow (BBT) initiative. Startups like Raha Vegetable Farm (a tomato seedling innovator) and Get Aroma (a fast-growing spice aggregator) stood alongside major private investors such as ASAS Dairies and Kisutu Winery.
